About Us

Hamlet’s Painting & Renovations is a local, family-owned business led by Hamlet Vasquez and proudly serving St. Cloud, Lake Nona and surrounding Central Florida communities. Our story began when Hamlet and Iris became teenage parents. At just 17, Hamlet began building a future for his family through painting and home renovations—the only line of work he has known since.

For Hamlet, this work has always carried a deeper purpose. What started as a way to provide for his family grew into a dream: building a company that people in his community could trust, recommend to their neighbors, and welcome back into their homes.

With over 20 years of experience, including his work as a Disney Foreman, Hamlet brings personal pride and hands-on leadership to every project. He has trained his experienced team to uphold the preparation, craftsmanship, and care that his name represents. Through ongoing training, he helps his crew grow while keeping those standards at the heart of their work. Iris oversees customer experience and daily operations, keeping communication clear and projects organized.

The same passion that built this business is what Hamlet pours back into the community. We live here, raise our family here, and value the relationships we build with our neighbors. Rooted in faith, integrity, and gratitude, we treat every project as an opportunity to care for the people and places that make this community home.
