Bathroom Renovations in St. Cloud, FL

New tile, a fresh vanity and a clean paint finish, from removing the old tile to the final coat of trim paint.

Renovated primary bathroom with herringbone tile walk-in shower, patterned floor tile and a freestanding tub

We handle the finish work of a bathroom renovation: removing old tile, waterproofing, floor and shower tile, setting vanities and countertops, drywall and paint. Plumbing, electrical and any work that needs a permit or touches the structure must be done by licensed professionals, and we'll tell you up front if your project includes any.

Waterproofing is the part you never see and the part that matters most, so we take care with backer board and moisture protection behind showers and tubs before any tile goes up.

Tile tear-out: the old tile and backer board come out before the new waterproofing goes in.

Upgrade to a single or double vanity with quartz or marble tops, and finish with mildew-resistant paint made for bathrooms.

Full Bathroom Renovations FAQs

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Timelines depend on the scope and on material lead times. We'll give you a realistic schedule in your estimate before any work starts.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical?

No. Plumbing, electrical and any permitted or structural work must be done by licensed professionals. We'll tell you up front which parts of your project need one, and we handle the tile, vanity setting, drywall and paint.

Can you just replace the vanity?

Yes. We can set a new single or double vanity and countertop without a full renovation. Connecting the sink and faucet is plumbing work and is done by a licensed plumber.
